TEAM empowerHER® is a welcoming community of individuals who are committed to raising funds and awareness for empowerHER. They participate in various kinds of athletics fundraising events such as 5Ks, half marathons, marathons relay races, triathlons and more to help support empowerHER’s programs and services. Teammates come from all athletic ability and from across the world. Together they celebrate, heal and empower through healthy activities.
UPCOMING RACES
Join TEAM empowerHER® to raise money for a unique, one-of-a-kind nonprofit organization specifically working to support girls, boys, and non-binary youth who experience the loss of a parent. We run races all across the country – ranging from 10Ks to marathons to marathons. You can also run an event of your choosing through our Reason to Run initiative!

Calling runners or walkers in Denver, Charlotte, Chicago, San Francisco your city! Join our Reason to Run program and sign up for the Hot Chocolate Run 5K, 10K, or 15K in your city! Commit to raising $1000 for your race, and we'll cover the cost of your registration, support you with training, gear and more along the way! Now is the time to leave your mark on a childs life (and of course a little hot chocolate never hurt anybody)

Fundraising Support
Every teammate is given their own peer-to-peer fundraising page that can be personalized and shared with anyone who wants to support you and empowerHER’s mission.
Hosting a fundraising event? We will provide marketing materials like banners, rack cards and raffle items to help make your fundraising efforts a success!
Custom Gear
All teammates receive gear, from tanks to hats, exclusive to Team empowerHER®.
Once a teammate reaches their individual fundraising goal, gear is mailed to wear during training and to represent empowerHER® on race day.
